In 2014 I started TBE CrossFit. One of the best decisions I have ever made. At the time I was 190 lbs at 5’1. I was exhausted, over weight and fatigued all the time. I never had energy. I used go through a whole inhaler in 9 days because it was so hard for me to breath. I started CrossFit with this being my last hope to get back into shape and healthy, because I had tried almost everything. Shakes, other gyms, walking in the afternoon, Zumba and I would lose interest in them all after a couple weeks. 4 years later and a 2nd baby that is 20 months I now weigh 137lbs. I haven’t used my inhaler in years and feel much better about myself and my health which was my main focus.
